Small batch. Single origin. Straight from the Red Centre.
Keeping bees in the desert isn't easy. 47°C days, months without rain, plants that bloom whenever they feel like it. But that's what makes our honey different. Our queens are tough - they've learned to work with what they've got. And when the desert finally blooms after a bit of rain, the pollen's packed with stuff you won't find anywhere else.

Raw honey from desert-tough trees. No fancy packaging or marketing - just honest honey that actually tastes like something. Extracting now - limited batch.

Same premium honey, six 150g jars. Perfect for sampling or gifting. Warning: regular honey may disappoint after this. Extracting now - limited batch.

Same honey, smaller jar. Perfect for trying or gifting. Just so you know - once you taste this, regular honey will disappoint. Extracting now - limited batch.

Raw honeycomb straight from the hive. No processing, no spinning - just wax, honey, and whatever the bees decided to include. Cutting now - limited batch.

Bred tough in Alice Springs conditions. These queens handle 45°C summers and freezing winters - conditions that would kill most southern queens.

Pollen from whatever's flowering out here in the scrub. We collect it when we can - desert plants don't bloom on your schedule, they bloom when they bloody well feel like it after a bit of rain. Seasonal stuff, so don't expect it year-round. Contact us if you want some.
Folks from all over Australia are discovering what real desert honey tastes like.
"Been buying this for about a year now. It's this nice light golden colour, way prettier than the dark stuff you get at Woolies. I use it in my morning tea and on sourdough. Really smooth taste, not overly sweet like some honeys can be."

"Bought the mixed pack as a gift for my mum, she wouldn't shut up about it so I had to order one for myself. Honestly thought 'desert honey' was a gimmick but it's legit. Thick, not too sweet. The jar's a bit annoying to get the last bit out but that's a minor gripe."

"Took about 5 days to get to Melbourne which was fine. Packaged well. This is what honey should taste like. I won't pretend I can describe the 'floral notes' or whatever but it's clearly better quality than supermarket stuff. Kids love it too."
