Right, here's how things work at Kekwick Honey. These terms and conditions aren't here to trick you - they're just the basic rules for buying our honey and using our website. We keep it fair and straightforward because that's how we do business.
When you order from us, make sure your details are right - name, address, payment info, the lot. We can't send honey to a wrong address or charge a dodgy credit card. All our prices are in Australian dollars because that's where we are and that's what we use.
We ship Australia-wide. Orders get processed within 2-3 business days, then it's in the hands of the postal system. Takes about 5-10 business days depending on where you are. We pack it properly so it arrives in one piece.
Australian Consumer Law: You've got rights under Australian Consumer Law, and we respect that. If our honey isn't up to scratch or there's something genuinely wrong with it, we'll sort it out. Doesn't matter if you've opened it - if it's not right, it's not right.
Changed Your Mind?: Fair enough, it happens. You can return unopened jars within 14 days of getting them. You'll need to cover the postage back to us, which is only fair.
