People reckon honey's just honey. Put these two next to each other and that argument's over in about four seconds.
Desert Collection is the golden one: Bloodwood and River Red Gum, caramel up front, easy on toast and in tea. Finke River is the dark one: mostly River Red Gum off the Finke, bolder, with a malty finish that hangs around.
Same bees, same patch of Central Australia, same raw jar. The only difference is what was flowering where. That's the whole point.
It will crystallise. That is honey doing what honey does. Why it happens
"Everyone picks a favourite. Nobody picks the supermarket squeeze bottle."

Questions About the Pack
Two 400g jars. One Desert Collection, our Bloodwood and River Red Gum mix, and one Finke River, which is mostly River Red Gum off the Finke. Both raw, both never heated.
A bit. The two jars are $53 on their own, the pack is $49, and shipping's free either way.
Plain first. A teaspoon of each, Desert then Finke, with a sip of water in between. Then do it again on hot buttered toast. Most people pick a side pretty quick.
Yeah, it's a good one for the person who reckons all honey tastes the same. Two jars, one box, and they'll have an opinion by the end of the week.
