Course you can. It's six separate 150g jars, so hand a couple out and keep the rest for yourself.
Not always. We fill the box from whatever we've got flowing at the time. Mostly that's our Desert Collection, but if there's enough Finke River to go round you might find a jar of the dark stuff in there too. Think of it as a bonus.
It's the same per-jar price as buying six 150g jars individually - the saving is the free shipping on top, not a discount on the honey itself.
That's normal for raw honey and nothing to worry about. Stand the jar in warm water and it'll loosen back up.
