Produced by bees foraging on the nectar of Desert Bloodwood and River Red Gum trees in the scorching heat of Central Australia. This environment creates a dense, rich honey with a flavor profile you won’t find anywhere else.

We don’t heat it, we don’t blend it, and we definitely don’t filter out the good stuff. What you get is exactly what the bees made, just in a jar.
