Darker than most supermarket honey, with caramel, eucalyptus, and a dry finish from its Central Australian floral sources.
Produced by bees foraging on the nectar of Desert Bloodwood and River Red Gum trees in the scorching heat of Central Australia. This environment creates a dense, rich honey with a flavour profile you won’t find anywhere else.
We don’t heat it, we don’t blend it, and we definitely don’t filter out the good stuff. What you get is exactly what the bees made, just in a jar.
Expect the caramel-and-woodsmoke depth of Bloodwood balanced by River Red Gum’s milder sweetness — good drizzled over sharp cheese or worked into a marinade, still easy enough for everyday tea and toast.

Questions About This Jar
No. It goes straight from the hive into the jar - never heated, never filtered beyond removing bees and the big bits of wax. That's why it crystallises naturally over time, not because something's wrong with it.
Honey doesn't really go off. Keep the lid on tight and it out of direct sun, and it'll outlast most things in your pantry. It'll likely crystallise eventually - that's normal, just stand the jar in warm water to loosen it up again.
Return it within 14 days if it's unopened and in its original condition, and we'll sort you out.
