New South Wales produces plenty of good eucalypt honey. Ours tastes different because the bees forage around Alice Springs, a long way from any coast. The Desert jar is light River Red Gum; the Finke River jar is dark enough for sourdough or coffee.
Orders leave Alice Springs with tracking. Sydney deliveries usually arrive first; regional centres such as Dubbo, Tamworth, and Wagga Wagga can take a little longer.
Shipping to Sydney and regional NSW usually arrives within 2-6 business days.
