About This Batch
What the bees built, that's what you get. We cut it straight from the frames and we hauled South-East 1,860km to Albury. Nothing added, nothing removed. Yeah, you eat the wax too - chew it like a lolly, spread it on toast, whatever you like.
Our bees work in brutal conditions - 47°C days and months without rain. The comb comes out dense and waxy. It tastes nothing like the supermarket stuff. Same jar, same bees, just a longer drive to get it to you.
Shipping to Albury, New South Wales usually takes 2-6 business days. We pack it properly so it gets to you in Albury in one piece - no crushed comb on our watch.

What people in Albury and beyond reckon
From recent orders around Australia. Different kitchens, same jar.
"Bought two big jars. Bloodwood's got a bit of weight to it, which I like. Not the honey for people who want mild, and that's exactly why I reordered."
Zina O.
Sydney, NSW
"Put it in chai instead of sugar. Completely different drink. Richer, warmer. Won't go back to the plastic bear bottle."
Priya S.
Newcastle, NSW
"Ordered the 6-pack for Christmas presents. Had to reorder because I kept opening them 'just to check the quality'. Quality was fine. Every time."

What people ask about getting our honey to Albury
Spend $49 and we'll cover the freight to Albury. Under that, it's a flat $10 anywhere in Australia.
Yeah, we ship to Albury, New South Wales (2640). Orders usually land within 2-6 business days from Alice Springs. We don't ship to Western Australia because of quarantine restrictions.
Yeah. It is cut from the frame and packed without heating or fine filtering. Natural crystallisation can still happen over time.
Yeah, eat the lot - that's half the fun. It's just beeswax. Chew it, spread it on toast, chuck it on a cheese board. Some people spit the wax out after chewing but honestly most of ours just eat it.
Cupboard's fine. Don't stick it in the fridge or it'll go rock hard and lose that nice chewiness. Sealed container, room temp, and it'll keep for ages.
