Salmon fillets with a fast honey garlic glaze: soy, lemon, raw desert honey, and enough heat to caramelise the edges without drying the fish out.

Preheat oven to 200C. Line a tray with baking paper.
Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Place salmon on the tray and spoon over half the glaze.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Spoon over the remaining glaze and bake for another 2-3 minutes, until the salmon flakes and the edges are glossy.
Rest for 2 minutes before serving. Finish with spring onion or sesame seeds if using.
