About This Batch
What the bees built, that's what you get. We cut it straight from the frames and we hauled East 1,963km to Brisbane. Nothing added, nothing removed. Yeah, you eat the wax too - chew it like a lolly, spread it on toast, whatever you like.
Our bees work in brutal conditions - 47°C days and months without rain. The comb comes out dense and waxy. It tastes nothing like the supermarket stuff. Same jar, same bees, just a longer drive to get it to you.
Shipping to Brisbane, Queensland usually takes 2-6 business days. We pack it properly so it gets to you in Brisbane in one piece - no crushed comb on our watch.

What people in Brisbane and beyond reckon
From recent orders around Australia. Different kitchens, same jar.
"Grabbed the 6-pack thinking it would last. It didn't. One jar at home, one at work, the rest disappeared into gifts and breakfast."
Ben W.
Brisbane, QLD
"Good on banana bread after an early surf. Sweet up front, then a bit of bite. Way better than the squeeze-bottle stuff."
Mick P.
Gold Coast, QLD
"Kids noticed the difference straight away. Less of that flat sugar taste, more actual flavour. That's good enough for me."

Common Questions
What people ask about getting our honey to Brisbane
Spend $49 and we'll cover the freight to Brisbane. Under that, it's a flat $10 anywhere in Australia.
Yeah, we ship to Brisbane, Queensland (4000). Orders usually land within 2-6 business days from Alice Springs. We don't ship to Western Australia because of quarantine restrictions.
Yeah. It is cut from the frame and packed without heating or fine filtering. Natural crystallisation can still happen over time.
Yeah, eat the lot - that's half the fun. It's just beeswax. Chew it, spread it on toast, chuck it on a cheese board. Some people spit the wax out after chewing but honestly most of ours just eat it.
Cupboard's fine. Don't stick it in the fridge or it'll go rock hard and lose that nice chewiness. Sealed container, room temp, and it'll keep for ages.
