Cut straight from the frame by survivor bees working the desert around Alice Springs — no yard between hive and box.
What's In It
Honeycomb straight from the hive. No processing, no spinning, no messing about. You can eat the wax - chew it like gum, it's good for you. The honey inside has been aged exactly as long as the bees decided it should be aged.
Why It Changes
Sometimes you get pure honey cells. Sometimes there's pollen mixed in. Sometimes the bees added propolis because they felt like it. We don't argue with angry desert bees - every block's a little different, and that's the point.
