What the bees built, that's what you get. We cut it straight from the frames and we hauled North 1,231km to Jabiru. Nothing added, nothing removed. Yeah, you eat the wax too - chew it like a lolly, spread it on toast, whatever you like.
Our bees work in brutal conditions - 47°C days and months without rain. The comb comes out dense and waxy. It tastes nothing like the supermarket stuff. Same jar, same bees, just a longer drive to get it to you.
